The Webstore Terms including this Return Policy apply to every sale, excluding sales to account customers, of Products by Autolac to You facilitated via this Website. Please review these Webstore Terms and the Return Policy carefully.
Sales to account customers are subject to Autolac’s Terms of Trade.
WEBSTORE TERMS - RETURN POLICY
In these Webstore Terms, We, Our or Us means Autolac Industries Pty Ltd as trustee for Autolac Industries Unit Trust ABN 27 192 108 807 (Autolac); and You or Your means the person who accepts these Webstore Terms, by using this Website and associated software, networks and processes, including the purchase of goods or services (Products) through the Website.
You have 30 days after receiving the Product which you purchased from Us (Item) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@autolac.com.au. If your return is accepted, We will send You a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send Your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect all Items upon receipt and contact Us immediately if an Item is defective, damaged or if You receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
We will notify You once we have received and inspected Your return Item, and let You know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for Your bank or credit card company to process and transmit the refund to You.
