20% saving on annual liquid material costs

20% saving on annual liquid material costs

Innovation is more than just a technical improvement. Innovation is progress, the chance to do something better or do something that was previously said to be impossible.

Finixa’ renewed Green Paint System is an in-house developed and patented system that uses an ultra-thin Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) liner that requires an incredible 40-50% less plastic to produce when compared to the average liner by competitors on the market. When analysing a European market of a tremendous 150 million produced systems, this is a significant amount of plastic prevented from being used and wasted.

PET holds many benefits over LDPE including ensuring minimal friction with the paint, being more chemical resistant and also collapses a lot faster. Thanks to these benefits, the unique PET liner leaves less paint residue in the liner adding up to dollars saved in paint waste. The combination of minimal friction and collapsing speed of the liner results in savings to your bottom line, on average saving you between 30-80 grams of paint waste per application. Most brands leave about 50 grams of paint (basecoat and clearcoat) in the liner when the gun stops spraying which adds up to a litre of paint waste in just 20 applications.

The PET liner is highly transparent for accurate mixing while the reusable outer cup features Finixa’ 10 different mixing ratios and optimized height-width dimensions for more accurate measuring.

Also featuring a lightweight lid with integrated strainer and a set of 20 closing caps to store leftover paint easily and cleanly, further ensuring no paint material is wasted. These features combine to give the GPS system 20% greater paint flow than the competitors. This means you can save up to 20% on annual material costs.

Today, the automotive industry is still seen as a high pollution sector. Finixa are working to improve this statistic wherever possible by bringing new, real ecological innovations, such as the renewed Green Paint System.
